Shady Pro Tip: When lathering up, let Shady Rinse sit on your skin for 3-5 minutes before rinsing off then pat or air dry. Repeating this daily will build up light gradual glow without the fuss of lotion.
If you have an issue with your purchase, let us know within 3 days of receipt (as noted on your tracking info) by sending an email to WillowMarieDE@gmail.com. Once we authorize the exchange, we will send you the return instructions. If you need us to send you a shipping label, we can. In this case, return shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 and is deducted from the refund total. You will have 7 days to return the item to us. You will receive store credit. We do not do refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back to us in the original packaging.
