Once we authorize the exchange, we will send you the return instructions. If you need us to send you a shipping label, we can. In this case, return shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 and is deducted from the refund total. You will have 7 days to return the item to us. You will receive store credit. We do not do refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back to us in the original packaging.

Our boutique is a small business retail shop that offers unique, on trend finds. Because of this, our inventory changes rapidly at times, and we need to stick to this policy to keep our shop running smoothly for all customers.
